Peter is a Lakeville, Minn Environmental Studies Teacher
Good line: "Democracy is fair because participation in democracy is always optional." 
Round two got pretty intense
Democracy demands that information be correctly passed on.  The 'think off' is a great service to all of us.  Locals involvement instead of the folks in Washington raising the wall higher and higher
Even a wife has to check the ballots to see if the competition might deserve a look.  Thank to Ms.Peter Hilts and kids for coming to support the 2000 winner.  Dad and husband
