Thanks to all of you for the time you took out of your lives to make prom 2001 successful.  Sorry that we couldn't  get pictures of all of you volunteers

In charge of the Prom (and it switched from the  High School auditorium to the Perham Middle School), Jen Hagel and Lynn Januszewski have worked endless hours all year long to make this event a memory for You.  Please go out of your way to thank them.

Strong East wind blowing as people start to arrive as early as 6:30PM at the Perham Middle School

Proud of their kids, Proud of their school.

Proud parents arrived early to get the best seats in the house.

"............and it rained as everyone dashed for the entrances, and the warmth of family and community gathered to celebrate another 'coming out' "
We might not do it quite as elegant as an elite school, but I'll bet they can't match our own culture's way of celebrating the passage from our care.

THE GRAND MARCH

Lynn did an excellant job pacing the 'march'  Once the lights went down.......all attention was focused on the nights top billing...'the grand march' .........170+ couples.  With cheers and cameras flashing the hour went by very rapidally.

A few of Grassroots' finest taking time away from the plants to get down in dresses and suits.
Living it up at Zorbaz after the dance, these young adults prove that the night is still VERY young.

Clarie........won the Aaron Drummond award and was very deserved......no one will be able to take your place.  Good luck next year.  And for the rest of you............never be afraid to have style!!
