This is the self proclaimed International Center for Dragonfly Culture.  It is our goal to participate with you in the fostering of clean environment in our lakes area of East OtterTail county. To do this we must all step up and assume personal responsibility for  the clean water, air and earth that we use daily.  For us in the lakes area, a healthy  enviroment is not an abstraction.   The ICDC is one of three Grass Roots spsonored organizations working toward the goals of "205O"

OUR SYMBOL "Marty..........the DragonFly" The Dragonfly represents an aggressive lakes area policy. We want clean Water, Land and Air.  Our 1800# Dragonfly  was created by Marty Sazama and his uncle Bill Wenner and sponsored by Grass Roots Ent. of OtterTail, Mn.
