East Ottertail County Fair
Proud to be an American.
The veterans are always very active in the community.
One of the many things that they have done this year was their booth at the fair. 

 
 
Rachel Kohlman proudly points to her FFA balloon. She manages to find time between her two jobs to work in the Land o' Lakes stand that is run by FFA. It just goes to show how dedicated kids are to programs such as these. To many, they are very important parts of their lives.

these guys are with the 911 booth,
they took a break from answering your emergency calls in order to come and spread some information to us about how the 911 system works. 
Thanks guys for being on top of things when people need you the most.
It's a keeper!
The petting zoo is a great place for kids and adults alike to see various types of domesticated animals. They range in size from little baby chicks to big, passive donkeys. The petting zoo provides kids a chance to come n one on one contact with animals that are commonly found on the farm.
Ducks and Butts Unlimited.
I bet you wouldn't find this picture in a big city; that's part of what makes living in rural Minnesota so much fun and so interesting.
